About the Convocation

Since 2006, the Holy Cross Institute has hosted Convocation in Austin on the campus of St. Edward’s University, affectionately known as The Hilltop. While each year brings a new theme and fresh energy, we also embrace and celebrate the long legacy of Holy Cross educators at each Convocation: 

• As educators in the faith, we together explore emerging best practices, exchange valuable insights, and foster connections that have the potential to shape the future of Holy Cross mission nationally and internationally.

• We are privileged to have a distinguished lineup of speakers who come largely from our own ranks and possess remarkable expertise; they impart their wisdom and experiences as they speak to our Holy Cross mission and our Catholic identity. 

• The agenda is packed with inspiring keynotes and plenaries, interactive workshops and breakouts, and abundant networking opportunities.
